STARTER PROGRAM $795

Includes all the documents and training your staff will need to setup our program in your office.

You will receive:

• A printed Health Centers of the Future Coaching Manual.

• Electronic Files emailed to you, allowing you to customize our forms for your office.

• 2 - 1 hour personal training sessions with a Health Centers of the Future Clinic Trainer. Our
          trainer will work directly with you and your office to successfully setup our program into your
          office.

ADVANCED HANDS-ON PROGRAM     Nutrition Talk  & 16/consultations @ $250 = $4,000*

A Health Center of the Future Clinic Trainer will come to your office and teach by example how to effectively implement our program and make your clinic money!

Through this program you will watch and learn as our HCF Clinic Trainer will:

• hold an effective nutrition talk

• complete your 16 - Day 1 consultations, offering and closing our 5-visit package @ $1,885 per
          person. (This will more than pay for your training!)

How the program works:

• Dr/Clinic provides Airfare and Hotel to a certified HCF Clinic Trainer. 

• Dr/Clinic sets up in advance a Nutrition Café/Talk/Advanced Talk to be held on a Thursday or
           Friday. 

• Dr/Clinic sets up 16 consultations in advance to be held the day after the advanced talk. 

• Our HCF Trainer will deliver the advanced talk which will help fill in any open consultations that
          were not booked ahead of  time. 

• The next day our HCF Trainer will hold up to 16 - 30 minute consultations closing patients on the
           5-visit package. 16 consults x $1,885  = $30,160 potential income your clinic could make
           during our visit! 

*Please note: In order to enroll in this program you must first complete the starter program so that your office is setup properly prior to arrival.  It is your responsibility to setup the 16 consults as you will be charged for all 16 ($4,000). Any open slots available, our HCF Clinic Trainer will assist in closing during the talk. 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Written Protocols     $70.00 each

Do you need assistance with writing a protocol? We are here to assist you in helping your patients! It’s simple, you fax the patients test results and we fax back to your office within 24 hours (weekdays) the test interpretation, protocol and guidelines for a food plan.  

Phone Coaching for Protocols     $125 per 15 minutes

Are you not sure how to read a test result and write a protocol but want to learn how to do it? You can fax us the test results and a HCF Clinic Trainer will walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have. 

HCF Clinic Trainer Completes Phone Consultations for YOU!  $500 an hour
